Red and black plaid holiday dress with round neckline and short cap puff sleeves. Black velvet waistband with plaid bow in front and long tie back sash. Zipper back closure. Full plaid skirt with velvet trim at the bottom. Dress is fully lined and includes a layer of crinoline for added fullness in the skirt.  Tea length.
