The pattern construction of this t-shirt is modeled after classic-style loop-wheeling T-shirts, but this Tee-shirt has been re-designed with the Sun Surf's brand own detailing, contemporary interpretation and modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. The beauty of this piece is the balance of classic construction and modern updates from Sun Surf. Made of a 100% cotton, one washed, preshrunk, medium-weigt loopwheel knitting soft jersey fabric with a dry feel and slightly slubby texture. And this T-shirt features tubular knit loopwheel construction with no side seams, wide rib two-needle neckband and set-in-sleeve. Also this T-shirt is decorated with a printing inspired by the vintage design of Hawaiian shirt. The graphic on this Hawaiian T-shirt is based on the MANDALA aloha shirt that existed in the late 1970s. And this Sun Surf t-shirt is cut to wear as a regular-fit with short in the body length for a more fashion-forward looks. This Hawaiian style graphic T-shirt is new original creations by Sun Surf from Toyo Enterprises.

Fabric : Made of a 100% cotton, one washed, preshrunk, medium-weigt loopwheel knitting soft jersey fabric with a dry feel and slightly slubby texture fabricated on the loop-wheel looms. This T-shirt deliver the perfect combination of durability and natural softness for comfort. The T-shirt is washed once for a fashionable vintage feel and look. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage.
Body : Tubular construction (No side seam construction). Made on loop-wheeling machine which knit the fabric in a seamless continuous tube. The fabric is produced with minimal tension during knitting process and lack of seams means the garment will keep its shape through wear and washing. It combines durability and the natural softness for comfort. Loop wheeling looms are special machines that are able to knit a perfect tube, but they can only knit one set diameter (size) per loom, so a loom for each size is required. This is why one hardly ever sees perfect tube construction in modern day garments.
Collar : Crew-neckline. Wide rib two-needle neckband. Wider neckband ribbing with double stitching. Reinforcing tape at inside back neck (From shoulder to shoulder).
Cuff : Unbanded cuffs for full range of motion.
Closure : Pull on closure. Pull-over.
